About
I'm a native of Columbus. I graduated from Columbus East High School before serving four years in the U.S. Air Force.
My career in media began as on-air talent with WCSI before moving into the evening position on WKKG. After several years on air, I transitioned into sales, where I worked for Magic 104.9, Q-Mix and then Comcast. I also spent some time in marketing and business development in the construction industry. I retired from sales in 2018, and now drive a dump truck. I also spend my summers umpiring baseball. My wife, Rachel, and I have been married for 26 years. We are ballroom dancers and have taken lessons from Margot Scholz for 17 years. I spent 12 years as an adult leader in scouting, where our son, Joe, was able to earn his Eagle Scout rank. Rachel and I also visit my daughter, Jessy, her husband and our grandchildren, as we are able. I've met many wonderful people through my work and other endeavors, and I love living in our great city. You deserve someone who will bring knowledge and commitment when dealing with the issues that affect our lives. I'm looking forward to the opportunity of representing you. |
